Terms of Service

• Academic Tutoring (all subjects, UK/US/Canadian/Nigerian curricula)

• Tech Training (coding, AI, cybersecurity, data analytics, software development, digital skills, etc.)

• Health Consultancy (school health programs, behavioral support, assessments, clinical referrals, wellness education.)

• Be at least 18 years old to purchase services.

• Provide accurate information during registration.

• Maintain respectful and professional communication.

• Use services only for lawful and non-abusive purposes.

For minors, all services must be purchased or supervised by a parent/guardian or school authority.

• All payments must be made to YoungAndCode Limited via approved channels only.

• Fees must be paid before tutoring, training, or consultancy begins.

• Ongoing subscriptions must be paid on or before the due date.

• Missed or incomplete payments may lead to suspension of services.

No tutor, manager, or consultant is allowed to collect payment privately.

Refunds are handled on case-by-case. Refunds may be approved if:

• A tutor repeatedly misses sessions.

• The company fails to allocate a replacement tutor within reasonable time.

• A session was paid for but not delivered

Refunds will not be granted for:

• Client unavailability

• Partial attendance

• Failure to comply with policies after service begins

Clients must give 12–24 hours' notice to reschedule.

If the client fails to show up:

• 50% of the session fee is forfeited.

If a tutor fails to show up:

• A replacement will be provided.

• A free make-up session may be granted

• Maintain professionalism in all interactions.

• Avoid any offensive, abusive, discriminatory, harassing, or inappropriate behavior.

• Treat all students, parents, guardian, and staff with courtesy and respect at all times.

• Never bypass the company or solicit direct contact/payments.

• Users must comply with all applicable local, state, and national laws while using the platform.

All lesson materials, slides, worksheets, tech curriculum, health consultancy documents, and branding elements belong exclusively to YoungAndCode Limited.

You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute without written permission.

Your information will be used strictly for:

• Service delivery

• Scheduling

• Safety and verification

• Internal reporting

We do not sell or share your data with third parties. (Click here to read our Privacy Policy)

YoungAndCode Limited will not be liable for:

• Loss of data due to device failure.

• Payment failures caused by banks.

• Misuse of information by a user.

• Accidents outside our control.

• Third-party platform downtime.

Our responsibility is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service.
